Agreement to Terms

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
  • Review and approve content in a timely manner
  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms
  • Comply with platform policies and guidelines

Payment Terms

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Clevchampsremain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, and any sensitive information.

Results Disclaimer

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or conversion rates. Digital marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

Limitation of Liability

Clevchamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Access to client accounts will be transferred
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
